The 2023 – Twentieth Annual Institute for Emotional Intelligence

In 2023, we celebrate the twenty-year milestone of consecutive annual conferencing for transformative emotional intelligence by returning to where our conference tradition started in 2004; the beautiful campus of Texas A&M University–Kingsville. In addition to celebrating twenty years of convening the annual institute for emotional intelligence, this year’s conference theme reminds us that transformative emotional intelligence facilitates a mindful way to thrive in life, school, work, and career.
