About this Event
Hello current and future mentees! We are planning to take advantage of this lovely weather for our next Mentee’s Circle Event by having a socially distanced Picnic at the park!
As the various Counties in the Bay Area slowly reopen, we also want to slowly and safely welcome fellow mentees to participate in this socially distanced gathering! We are trying our best to be safe, while still creating an opportunity for conversations, networking, and in-person connection.
This means we ask YOU to bring your own meal and blanket/lawn chair. WE will be providing beverages such as water and refreshing (non-alcoholic) summer drinks. As well as light desserts. We will sit amongst our group in a socially distanced circle.
We hope to see you there! And remember, we are here to connect, build a community of leaders, network in areas you’re interested in developing, and most importantly have fun!
Please register as soon as possible to secure your spot. This is also an open invitation to others in your network who would be interested in joining the Mentoring Club Community!

Directions: Off 680 Freeway and Berryessa Road

- Penitencia Creek Park is a large park with multiple areas of parking, we recommend parking at the Berryessa Community Center parking lot.
- The large parking lot at the community center is in between Adams and Sable Court while driving on Berryessa Road. Upon arrival please feel free to find a parking spot anywhere in the parking lot.
- Please meet us near the picnic area/bathrooms as marked on the map below and we will have an indicator sign for the picnic.
COVID-19 Picnic Protocols
During the picnic, we encourage everyone to exercise the following personal protective protocol to ensure that we limit our exposure and risk to the virus:

- Wear a mask and observe social distancing while walking around the picnic area.
- While eating and drinking, please stay within your designated picnic area.
- If you are not feeling well or suspect that you have been exposed to someone who may be infected, please stay at home, quarantine yourself, and rest. Let us not risk our and other people’s health unnecessarily. Thank you very much.
