Carol Evanoff worked at Lockheed Martin, a male dominated aerospace field, for 36 years. After starting in the Union microelectronics job, she went on to hold 26 positions until she became the Resident Director of the Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific with over 430 employees supporting the D5 Trident II Missile and submarines.

Meet Our Featured Speaker: Carolyn Evanoff
Carol Evanoff is a renowned leader, strategic planner, coach and mentor across the aerospace/defense industry, education arenas and professional organizations. She has 30+ years of engineering and leadership experience in the aerospace industry focused on strategic planning, individual empowerment, and professional development. She is a published author with over 1,079 successful mentees. She retired in January 2011 from the Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific where she was the Lockheed Martin Resident Director leading 430 employees. Carol is the Chairperson of the Puget Sound Regional Council Washington Defense Partnership, Past President of the Puget Sound Naval Base Association and Advisory Board member for the Olympic College 4-year program in Engineering.
